We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and a good selection of spices. The host, Des, was very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. We also enjoyed the free pint of Guinness with a meal. The location of the hotel was amazing, with easy access to a soccer tournament, horse trekking, swimming in the nearby lake, and exploring the city.

The location in the charming village was fantastic, with easy access to the Galway Cup soccer tournament, horse trekking at Knockillaree Equestrian, a swim in Lough Corrib, and a visit to Galway City. Des provided helpful maps of walking/running routes and even treated us to delicious fries from his onsite restaurant. The room was spacious and parking was a breeze. The town centre and shops were right at our doorstep, and Lake Corrib was within walking distance. The host was warm and friendly, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the value for money was excellent and we only wish we could have stayed longer to explore Connemara. Perfect for the independent traveler with a kitchen and plenty of space.

Des, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The facilities were excellent, especially for independent travelers like us, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The room itself was lovely, bright, and spacious, with all the amenities we could ask for. We even enjoyed a complimentary pint of Guinness with our meal. a great experience and we wish we had more time to explore the beautiful Connemara region.

Loved the activities like hiking, fishing, and cycling. as if I'll ever do any of that! The seating area and kitchen were great, although who needs a microwave when you have a butler. Ireland West Knock Airport was conveniently far away.

Just loved how there was no personal butler service, such a shame.
